We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be slight delays. We will notify you if there is any significant delay in your order shipment.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time varies based on your location:

Domestic Shipping:
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days

International Shipping:
Delivery times may vary by country, typically between 10-20 business days depending on customs processing and local delivery services.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather delays or customs clearance.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, weather, or holidays. Goodway Trading is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your total and are the responsibility of the customer. Goodway Trading is not liable for any customs duties or taxes imposed during shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at info@goodwaytrading.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. However, Goodway Trading is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund. Be sure to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
